Brief Introduction
|
In 1999, a reform in logistic section of SEU was launched. According to the deployment of the university, the logistics system established Logistic Administrative Office and Logistic Service Group. As the representative of the university in exercising the logistics management, Logistic Administrative Office is composed of such posts as the original Office of the General Affairs and Office of Infrastructure. The Logistic Service Group plays the role as the center of the logistics reform, being independent from the university administrative organization. It runs in the mode of an enterprise, practicing the management system of enjoying profit and bearing loss, self-development and self-control, in order to realize the logistics socialization. Affiliated to SEU, the SEU Logistic Service Group is running with the general manager as the head, who is appointed by the university and responsible for it, and for whom leaders of every other level are responsible. In April 2000, with the merger of SEU, NJ Railroad Medical College, NJ College of Transportation, and NJ Geology School, the logistic sections of the four colleges also carried on the merger and reorganization. Instructed by the socialism market economy, and according to the SEU logistic socialization reform project, the Group will serve the staff and students whole-heartedly, with ‘Three serves, Two teaches’ as its aim, service quality its lifeline, and social performance and economic profit its object. The staff of the Group will work hard with both teachers and students, and all the customers for a brighter future. |
